            we are stepping into our life... there are many things to be faced yet... for our survival some basic things should be know to us.. among such things witness sign is important one... let we have a deep sight about this

           before entering into our article we should know basic difference between witness and witness sign..WITNESS is considered in criminal cases where as WITNESS SIGN  in civil cases....

what should be the basic qualification to sign as witness???
         1.his/her  age limit should be above 18..
          2.he  or she should be in clear mind while signing as witness..
          3.he or she can be a friend or relation
which type of bonds need witness sign????
           gift deed,will,partnership deed, mortgage deed ,sale deed, sale agreement,settlement deed, adoption deed,lease deed..
what is mean by witness sign???
          in an agreement or bond respective persons will sign first... after that to confirm that only those respectable persons has been signed our witness ll  sign in bond.in a bond there must be minimum two witness signature....we can sign in many bonds as witness...
when a witness person is produced in court???
          1. if we consider a will , if the person written will has been passed away and the will should be probated in court,in such case a witness may be produced to confirm that only that particular person had written the will..
          2. when we considering adoption bond, if persons involved in bond filed a case , to know the fact witness ll be produced in court
what are the facts should be considered while choosing people for witness???
            the person should be nearer to our location.. if any problem arose around the bond we are responsible to produce the witness person in court...if he refused to come .........or he passed away after few days later signing in bond .......or if he turned as psyco after signing in bond....... its our sole responsible to overcome our problem by proving that witness person was in clear mind... or healthy while signing bond ......
