                Finally our govt has brought a LOKPAL BILL for investigating BRIBE AND SCAM CASES all over the world….it is also called as PEOPLE COURT…life span of the court is 5 years…

HEAD OF THE LOKPAL: supreme court chief judge or judge

MEMBERS: 8.. out of this 4 from department of law.

To select head and members of lokpal , a committee is going to be organized.

MEMBERS OF COMMITTEE: parliament speaker

                                                   Opposite party leader

                                                  Delhi raajyah  sabha  opposite party leader

                                                  Preferred central minister by PM

                                                  Supreme court judge

                                                  High court judge

                                                  Specialists in dept of law

                                                  Popular social service man

POWER OF LOKPAL:

                       Can form special CID and investigation team for particular cases..

                        No need permission for investigating anyone…

                        It has power to take over  any one’s property and to check them and their places

                        It has all power as civil court…..

But in this bill even PM accept his name to be added under  investigation., our central ministry left him….

Friends let we hope atleast after this scam and bribe will be under control….

         our title explains our expectations from tamilnadu government.....our new government started its work various fields... among all other works recently it announced some rules on certifying films.... really it should be welcomed... let me hope it will bring few changes in our film industry...

what is the condition of past law?

        our past govt announced that the film which has its name in tamil will be freed from tax... many producers and directors misused the tax free scheme... with the word in tamil they encloses their english sub name within the brackets.. and also many films are produced just based on glamour and atrocity... such type of films created ill effects  in the people's mind.....

 do correction may bring changes?

        let we see first what the correction has been done....

1.films from 22.7.2006 which holds name in tamil..

2.should based on tamil culture..

3.to get "u" certificate...a)should be certifyed as "u" by film censor commision.
                                   b)based on tamil language and should explain tamil culture..
4.in remake films too 80% story should be based on tamil languge..

5.should not contain exclusive glamour scenes and atrocity..

only for such type of films our govt will loosen the tax....

today media only influencing the people much.. the govt should bring more laws to reach media in effective manner.. medias should relax our mind and it should kinder our thoughts in positive way... let we hope to view  a good mass media soon on our nation..

HI FRIENDS................

                our central government is planned to help our people by reducing the medicinal facilities by few polices.,, which are to be launched soon...

               to control the surplus profit earned by medical manufacturers,,,,, central government is planned to send the prices of medicines through sms with all its brands and powers.. so we can buy the medicine in near by medical shop where it is cheap..

how to get information through sms???
             type medicine name and send to respective number provided by the government .. they will send all the other brands of medicine with the price list of each brand.

what is the reason for undertaking such action???????
           1. to reduce the medical burden of the people...
       
           2. to control the profit by medicine manufacturers

how the costly medicines getting populared among people????
           in a recent survey  ,a shocking news has been released.... to popular the costly medicine the agents are not going with proper advertisement, they just signing agreement with famous doctors.. through them they make their brand to reach people....

          there is a miserable thing inside the shocking news.. yeah... medicine with same curing capacity of different brands are varied with costs... cost variation is not a negligible one.... nearly it lies in the range of 100 to 1000 of same medicine but different brand name....

         as doctors are also involved in this.. they too cheating us by considering their own profit.....
to overcome all this problems,,,,,,,,, government is getting ready to launch its action through sms....

how the government fixing price for medicine??
        prices are fixed by national medical control board......

what will be the effect by marketting this policy?????
        popular brands will reduce their profit and medical prices.... people ll be aware of  medicinal prices all over india......

       like TASMAC central government planned to open many medical shops by the name JAM ASHADHI  all over india under its straight influence.....
