INFLATION:

            Recent days we people are suffering lot from inflation.. increase  in rates and tax everything…even for a normal life we should spend more money .. to control this inflation reserve bank approached a new idea.., which may increase money rotation in our nation… let we have a deep look on it…

REPO RATES:

            What it mean? It is an interest for some important  loans..

REVERSE REPO RATE:

            It is an interest for small term loans..

IDEA OF OUR RBI:

            Mr .Subba rao, governor of RBI, announced that repo rates will be increased by.50%.(7.50% to 8%)... from last march 2010, this rates has been increased 11 times… this idea is to overcome the increasing inflation in our nation…

WHAT ARE ALL  THE ILL EFFECTS?

·         Increase in rate of interest for  home loans , vehicle and land loans..

·         Due to increase of reverse repo rates(6.50% to 7%).., excess amounts can be deposited by banks in RBI by other banks.. by this money rotation will be decreased..

·         No change in interest for cash deposits in RBI by other banks(6%)

·         In the history of last 27 months , selling rate of cars are not decreased.. but this month rate is reduced by 1.62%..

·         Not only  selling  rate , but also the production rate has been reduced from 8.5% to 5.6%..

·         By may the inflation rate was 9.06%, where as in june it is 9.44%.

·         Increase in food substances rate and also other non – food products..

·         Increase in petrol, gasoline and diesel rates…

·         Sensex points has been reduced by 353 points..

·         Nifty points too reduced by 105.45 points…

·         YES bank rate has been increased from 9.75% to 10.25%..

REPORT BY FINANCE MINISTERS:

           Mr . Pranap mugargee, told that by this action of RBI, our inflation rate will be reduced by 6% to 7%..

OUR VIEW:

          Friends  there are lot of ways to reduce inflation.. by bringing black money to the lime light our nation will be prosperous  soon..but they increasing taxes.. this will be an extra  load to we people..

We should think of it.. we  must give voice to our minds to lead a comfortable life.. join hands friends..
